What if my order arrived damaged?

If your order arrived damaged during transit, take a photo and email it to merch@fallprotect.com, or send it to one of the members of the marketing team via Teams. We'll replace it free of charge.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the print-on-demand nature of this site returns can't be sent back to the address they shipped from. If for some reason you'd like to return an item, such as it not fitting correctly, hand it to a member of the marketing team or your local marketing coordinator. Once we have the item back in-hand we will refund the amount back to your gift card to order something else.

There's nothing on the site that I like - what can I do?

Let us know! We want there to be options for everyone, so if there's a product you'd love to see added to the site let a member of the marketing team know. We'll see if it can be procured and fulfilled easily, and if so we'll add it to the site!
